WeReward is a modern loyalty and customer commitment platform designed for the
hospitality industry. It makes it possible to strengthen client interactions by offering
marked mobile apps and a user-friendly web dashboard for independent cafes, restaurants,
and coffee shops.
This includes digital loyalty cards, online ordering, table ordering, push
notifications, and real-time reports that provide everything companies require to
promote client loyalty and increase repeated visits.
Sphinx Solutions proudly partnered with WeReward, handling the complete development of
mobile apps for iOS and Android, online administrator dashboards, and customer support
sites. We made sure the platform was safe, scalable, and easy to use for business owners
from the beginning of the design to implementing the backend.
We allowed advanced facilities such as a flexible loyalty system, immediate alerts,
table reservations, support for several places, and tracing of real-time orders. The

Problem Statement
In food markets, cafes, and restaurants find it hard to keep
their customers for a long time. Big names use their apps, loyal
plans, and top tech, while small shops have to deal with all
using hand tools or costly third-party groups. This makes it
tough for shops to get folks to return, know what buyers enjoy,
and offer a unique touch.
Many businesses still use old paper loyalty cards. These not
only bug customers but also get lost or left behind easily. On
top of that, they faced challenges with order management,
reservation and customer communication, often to avoid many
units or rely on third-party apps that charged heavy commissions
and lack of personal branding.
The customer identified the requirement for an all-in-one
platform that can help hospitality companies control the
customer's involvement, loyalty programs, and online services
through their brand mobile apps. The goal was to offer a simple,
cheap, and efficient solution that can improve customers'
storage, promote order,s and make daily operations easier for
business owners.
Solutions Statement
To meet the needs of the customer, Sphinx Solutions made a
mobile app for both iOS and Android. The app showed the
brand of each business well. It had their logo, colors, and
menu. This gave customers an easy, user-friendly way to
gather loyalty points, redeem the prices, the order and
order tables once.
Our team also created an online administrator panel, where
business owners can easily conduct campaigns without their
loyalty programs, track orders, update menu, customer data,
and without the need for technical expertise. This helped
companies under a single, user-friendly platform to remain
during their operations and customer engagement control.
In addition, we have integrated push notification facilities
so that business owners can immediately contact their
customers, market new offers, loyalty premiums, and events.

Understand the Client's Vision
Our team began with a detailed discussion with the client to understand their business models, targeted users, and platforms fully. We carefully noted the challenges, convenience requirements, and goals to combine our vision with their vision.
Requirements Analysis and Planning
Once we have collected the necessary information, we continue to break down the requirements of the project and prepare a clear development map. This included the main functions such as loyalty programs, orders, reservations, and third-party integration, together with setting a time limit for each phase.
UX/UX Design Construction
Our design team created a brand-friendly app design for different businesses. Each item was designed to adapt to the menu setup and reflect the identity of each brand, and to offer a smooth customer experience.
Development and Integration
In this phase, our developers created a safe and scalable back-end system to support the main features of the app. We also integrated third-party services, as well as the alert system and multi-site management equipment for business owners.
Mobile App Development and Dashboard Setup
Once the backend was set, we made a working mobile app for both Android and iOS. We also put together an online admin panel so that business leaders could manage loyalty plans, orders, bookings, and customer info with ease.
