Overview
TeleBright have been in centralised telecom and energy expense management since 1988. They untangle the kind of process that grows quietly inside a large organisation: invoices, contracts, assets and cost allocations spread across sites and systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
TeleBright partnered with Sphinx Solutions for robotic process automation, and we delivered it end to end.
Their work runs from API integration with cloud SaaS through to ERP systems for cost allocation, orders and assets, for commercial businesses and government alike, and their expense management consistently saves their clients a meaningful share of the bill.
They have two flagship products. ManageRight handles an entire telecom infrastructure, landline, wireless, cable and advanced data networks. PayRight tracks payment status, reconciliation, confirmation and secure transactions.

TeleBright wanted invoice and expense management automated for their clients. Expense management is exactly the sort of work that rewards automation: high volume, rule-based, and punishing when somebody gets a digit wrong.
Their asset management measures inventory levels across every utility and telecom service, and the inventory modules are checked monthly against contract rates and invoices due.
Doing that by hand across an estate is slow and it is where the errors live. A rate that has drifted out of contract compliance, or an invoice that does not match what was ordered, is only found if somebody checks every line.
Our developers worked through each technical specification with them and built to what the process actually needed, with accuracy as the measure rather than throughput alone.
