One platform for the whole restaurant
Billing, order processing, table reservations, kitchen coordination, menu management, inventory, staff administration and customer engagement, run from a single system.
Overview
Falchion Xeniaa and Sphinx Solutions built an all-in-one platform that runs a restaurant’s day and improves what the guest experiences. Order management, inventory, staff, CRM, POS billing, table bookings and financials all sit in one app, built to work for cloud kitchens, bars, clubs, QSRs, cafés and multi-outlet chains alike.
That meant apps on iOS and Android plus a scalable web dashboard, carrying a POS engine, live order tracking, recipe-level inventory, vendor coordination, waste monitoring, customer engagement, GST-compliant billing and proper analytics.
It also needed a booking experience where a guest can reserve a table, join a waitlist or order online with minimal friction, backed by a central portal where owners and managers control menus, pricing, outlet settings, staff permissions and reports.
What we delivered ties mobile apps, POS, back-office tools, CRM, financial administration and multi-outlet oversight into one ecosystem.
Client Requirement
01
Billing, order processing, table reservations, kitchen coordination, menu management, inventory, staff administration and customer engagement, run from a single system.
02
Full Android and iOS development, so restaurants, managers and staff reach the platform from any device with the same experience.
03
Live table availability, reservations, waitlists and automated notifications, so walk-ins and bookings can be handled together during a rush rather than on paper.
04
A fast, modern POS with KOT printing, multi-counter billing, recipe-level costing, purchase orders, GRN management, wastage tracking, vendor coordination and GST-compliant invoicing.
05
Stock monitoring, reorder alerts, shift scheduling, attendance, payroll support, access-level permissions and performance insight.
06
Customer profiling, reward points, targeted campaigns, feedback collection and automated engagement, so a restaurant can build loyalty rather than just take orders.
Falchion Xeniaa’s customers were running restaurants on systems that did not talk to each other: one tool for billing, spreadsheets for inventory, orders taken in person or through unconnected apps, staff and payroll managed separately, and loyalty or feedback handled on paper.
Cafés, cloud kitchens, nightclubs and multi-outlet chains all needed the same thing: one digital system instead of six partial ones.
Without it, working methods stayed uncoordinated, data went missing, and growth was limited by the admin rather than the demand.
What was missing was a single end-to-end platform covering front of house, back of house, staff, inventory, orders, bookings, customer relations and financials in one place, with real-time sync, an offline mode and a central admin dashboard.
We built the whole ecosystem: one platform carrying order management, POS billing, KOT handling, menu updates, reservations and customer engagement, with separate flows for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
The apps themselves stayed quick and legible, because the people using them are working a service, not studying a screen.
Sphinx Solutions delivered a hospitality platform in three parts: customer apps on both mobile platforms, a staff operations app, and a multi-outlet web dashboard carrying POS, inventory, CRM, finance and analytics.
“Working with Sphinx Solutions was great from day one. They understood exactly what we needed: a full-featured restaurant platform covering POS, table booking, inventory, billing and staff management. It performs reliably on both Android and iOS, and the final product is stable, user-friendly and properly aligned with how our restaurants actually operate.”
How We Work
From requirement analysis to deployment across three products, and what each stage settled before the next began.
Step 1
We gathered what a complete restaurant platform had to manage: reservations, orders, POS billing, the KOT flow and multi-branch operations.
Step 2
A secure, scalable backend to carry both mobile builds, real-time order updates and centralised management.
Step 3
Straightforward interfaces for management, staff and customers, built around fast order processing and easy table booking.
Step 4
POS, KOT routing, inventory tracking, menu management, CRM, loyalty and the booking system.
Step 5
Every feature tested for speed, accuracy, stability and consistent behaviour across devices.
Step 6
The customer app, the staff operations app and the admin panel deployed together, with ongoing updates.
Implementation
The four stages the build came down to, from the workflow behind a service to the dashboard watching every branch.
We defined the full operational flow, reservations, dine-in orders, KOT routing, POS billing and multi-branch coordination, so each process had somewhere to go.
Structured Android and iOS development covering the customer-facing apps and the internal staff modules, on secure APIs.
Live order updates, table availability, KOT syncing and automated notifications, which is what keeps a booking system honest during a rush.
A central web dashboard for menus, staff roles, inventory, loyalty programmes, payment records and outlet-level settings.
Impact
Bookings, orders, billing and KOT updates are automated, which cuts manual error and speeds up service.
Booking a table, ordering and following an update are all simple, which is what brings people back.
Stable performance across devices lifted daily usage.
Menus, staff roles, inventory and branch operations are managed from one dashboard, so decisions come faster.
Tech stack
In closing
The Falchion Xeniaa project turned an idea into a complete hospitality platform, uniting POS, table booking, order management, inventory, staff workflows and customer engagement in one system, on a backend that scales and a dashboard people can actually run.
It serves restaurants, cloud kitchens, QSRs and nightlife venues, handling several branches at once while keeping the customer experience the same in each.
What people usually ask about Falchion Xeniaa and about building something like it.
It lets customers browse menus, book tables, place orders and pay from their phones. It streamlines operations and makes things easier for the guest, which brings them back.
A custom app gives you control over features, branding and the experience, and it adapts to how you actually operate, which makes it more scalable and flexible than a generic product.
It depends on the features, the design and the platforms. Generally a fully functional restaurant app takes 10 to 16 weeks through development, testing and deployment.
Yes. We build for both, either cross-platform or native, depending on what the product needs.
It depends on the features: table booking, online ordering, payments, real-time updates and integrations all move the number. We give a clear estimate once we understand what you need.
